Oldage
The last years of his life
Mihajlo spent at his land in Norfolk, which he used to
call his american Idvor.
After the death of his wife Sarah Katherine, Pupin found a comfort in his only daughter Varvara whom he used to call Vava.

On his land, 200 km away
from New York, Pupin used to have many great people, as
were the Serbian people who lived in America and his colleagues
scientists and inventors. |
| Doctor Mihajlo Idvorski Pupin
died on March 12th 1935, when he was 81 years old. He
was burried at the Voodlown cementary in Bronx, the north
part of New York. Both Yugoslavian and American delegation
were on his funeral. |

Memory of pupin makes his
work, which he selflessly gave to the humanity, alive.

He was the inspiration for all who worked with him",
said Armstrong, Pupin's student.
